Dayton School District Additions

The Dayton School District projects are part of our long list of rural community school projects that involve local government coordination and input. As part of these projects, Soderstrom designed a new high school gymnasium complex, a new middle school classroom building, and a new elementary school multi-purpose gym/auditorium/dining facility with a new kitchen. The new high school gymnasium facility features two adjacent volleyball courts as well as a regulation basketball court. It features softer, plastic seats to accommodate 800 people, along with locker rooms, a weight room and a wrestling room. The building also features a concessions stand that has a service window facing the court so customers won’t miss any of the action.
