As architects, we’re not known for our brawn, but we still appreciate an opportunity to stretch our muscles, especially when it’s for a good cause like Rebuilding Together. The nonprofit group assists low-income homeowners by organizing volunteers to make needed home repairs, at no cost to the homeowner.
With Soderstrom’s tradition of volunteering at this event going strong for over fifteen years, we look forward to the annual Rebuilding Day every April. This year, we joined our friends at P&C Construction on a nice spring day (with no rain!) to help with home repairs, painting, and yard work. We ended the day covered in dirt and paint, but enjoyed the opportunity to give back and help out our community members in need.
