Light Utility Operations Center

The City of Port Angeles Light Utility Operation Center will consolidate all of the city’s electrical utilities functions and equipment at a single location. The functions within the new building include administration, electrical grid control center, engineering, meter and street light repairs, service crew and  vehicle dispatch, and material warehousing. The construction is a pre-engineered metal building with an interior buildout to house operations programs. It is located adjacent to an existing transformer repair facilities, power pole inventory yard, and city fleet maintenance facility.
