Project Architect / Designer

We are currently seeking a licensed Project Architect or Designer with with 4-6 years of experience to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project team on development of design solutions through all project phases.
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
  • Project review per jurisdictional code requirements.
  • Interact with client, including presentation of technical and design solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 4-6 years full-time experience as an architect or similar position.
  • 4 years minimum experience utilizing Revit.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Professional experience designing educational, commercial, and/or civic buildings.
  • Knowledge of current sustainable, energy-efficient design concepts and products.
  • Accredited Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree.
  • Architectural license preferred but not required.
  • LEED AP accreditation preferred but not required.

Junior Interior Designer

We are currently seeking a Junior Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on projects of various types from conceptual design to construction administration.
  • Assist team by drawing, coordinating and documenting interior drawings, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
  • Assist on selection and documentation of furniture systems and equipment.
  • Develop high-quality visualizations of interior environments, in a variety of styles with a focus on both photo-realistic renderings and sketch or hand-drawn renderings.
  • Coordinate and participate in interior product presentations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior architecture or interior design.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape software
  • Professional experience in tenant improvements, mixed-use, hospitality, educational and/or higher education design.

Office Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day:
    • Greet clients and visitor
    • Answer phones and take messages/direct calls to appropriate personnel
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies/snacks & order more when needed
    • Clean and tidy public office spaces, including staff kitchen, conference rooms
    • Manage firm-wide calendars with Lunch and Learns, office events and meeting
    •  Collect, scan and email daily incoming mail
  • Event Coordination:
    • Organize and facilitate company events (picnic, holiday parties, monthly staff gatherings)
    • Coordinate annual leadership and company-wide retreats
  • HR Support:
    • Coordinate staff onboarding
    • Assist marketing with ordering business cards, company collateral
    • Maintain staff WFH calendar, contact sheet and office seating map
    • Schedule annual staff reviews
  • Project Support:
    • Input project staffing schedules via Deltek Vantagepoint
    • Run scheduling reports for each sector
    • Assist in editing and finalizing contracts through AIA website
  • Marketing Team Support:
    • Assist with conference/event arrangements and travel plans
    • Conference/event supplies research and procurement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or similar role
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Deltek experience desirable, but not required
