Project Architect / Designer

We are currently seeking a licensed Project Architect or Designer with six plus years of experience to join our K-12 team. Our ideal candidate has a great attitude, aptitude, and work ethic that aligns with our values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project team on development of design solutions through all project phases.
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
  • Project review per jurisdictional code requirements.
  • Interact with client, including presentation of technical and design solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Six plus years full-time experience as an architect or similar position.
  • Four years minimum experience utilizing Revit.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Professional experience designing educational, commercial, and/or civic buildings.
  • Specific K-12 school experience desirable but not required.
  • Knowledge of current sustainable, energy-efficient design concepts and products.
  • Accredited Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree.
  • Architectural license preferred but not required.
  • LEED AP accreditation preferred but not required.
