Project Architect / Designer
We are currently seeking a licensed Project Architect or Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project team on development of design solutions through all project phases.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
- Project review per jurisdictional code requirements.
- Interact with client, including presentation of technical and design solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 4-6 years full-time experience as an architect or similar position.
- 4 years minimum experience utilizing Revit.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Professional experience designing educational, commercial, and/or civic buildings.
- Knowledge of current sustainable, energy-efficient design concepts and products.
- Accredited Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree.
- Architectural license preferred but not required.
- LEED AP accreditation preferred but not required.
Salary + Benefits
