Project Architect / Designer

We are currently seeking a licensed Project Architect or Designer with six plus years of experience to join our K-12 team. Our ideal candidate has a great attitude, aptitude, and work ethic that aligns with our values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with project team on development of design solutions through all project phases.
Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
Project review per jurisdictional code requirements.
Interact with client, including presentation of technical and design solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Six plus years full-time experience as an architect or similar position.
Four years minimum experience utilizing Revit.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Professional experience designing educational, commercial, and/or civic buildings.
Specific K-12 school experience desirable but not required.
Knowledge of current sustainable, energy-efficient design concepts and products.
Accredited Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree.
Architectural license preferred but not required.
LEED AP accreditation preferred but not required.
