Lebanon Health Center

This two-story medical clinic is the newest addition to Samaritan Health Services’ Lebanon, Oregon campus, and is located across the street  from Lebanon Community Hospital. With modern healthcare strategies as priority, the health center is structured using the modern, “Medical Home” practice model to support a very collaborative and holistic approach to patient care. Soderstrom designed staff areas to encourage communication between providers and support staff, while promoting patient privacy and respect. The project consolidates several local clinics into one efficient, modern facility. Departments include pediatric, obstetrics, internal medicine, imaging, orthopedics, general surgery, pharmacy, lab, durable, medical equipment, and traveling clinic.
