Health Sciences Center
Located near the Providence Newberg Hospital, the Health Sciences building provides a new, off-campus center for the Physical Therapy and Physician’s Associate graduate programs for George Fox University. The 42,000 SF building contains classrooms to accommodate program-specific requirements, both a traditional and virtual anatomy lab, faculty offices, and student support spaces. In collaboration with the Energy Trust of Oregon, the design team selected a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) mechanical system for superior performance and long-term savings. An arched entry welcomes students, professors, and community residents who come to visit the programs’ clinics.
