Elsie Franz Finley Welcome Center

Helping to fulfill Camp Howard’s vision of being a year-round center of happy memories, the new Welcome Center creates an inviting hub of connection for all camp visitors.

The new building has become the heart of the camp and includes services to meet the needs of campers and visitors, such as an outpatient health clinic, camp store, and a conference room, as well as year-round camp administration offices. The design places each of these areas around a central courtyard, united under a continuous roof.
