Evergreen Middle School
Located in a growing community, Evergreen Middle School was anticipating an increase in 200 students. To accommodate this growth, Soderstrom remodeled and enlarged the school’s commons, as well as converted the former library to six new classrooms. A significant feature of this project is an 18,000 SF addition with a new library/media center and classrooms. The new space takes advantage of natural daylight and includes a plaza area that encourages gathering. Renovations to the existing school included seismic, HVAC, and roofing upgrades to provide safer and more efficient learning environments.
